I got the wrong products in my order - what can I do?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up. Kindly contact us at (info@inaaraskin.com), and we’ll arrange a replacement promptly.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
For the safety and integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
How do I change an order after I’ve placed it?
Once an order is confirmed, it begins processing quickly. If you’d like to request a change, please reach out to us at (info@inaaraskin.com) as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change before your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
If your order hasn’t left our facility, we can update your shipping details. Contact us right away at (info@inaaraskin.com) with your order number and new address, and we will try and make the change. In some cases, you may have to directly contact our shipping partner, Shiprocket.
Can I order from outside India?
At this time, Inaara is available exclusively within India. We’re working on expanding to international customers soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as UPI and net banking. We also accept Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) and Wallets (Apple, Google Pay, Paytm).
